   The FDA Versus Freedom of Speech

Before getting into the nitty-gritty details, let's look
at the big picture. What is the intent of the concept of
"significant scientific agreement?" The intent is to allow
orthodox medicine to make medical claims when all scientific
evidence is totally the opposite of those medical claims.

In other words, the FDA wanted some way to accept higly
biased and totally bogus published scientific studies and
at the same time to crush the true evidence. To do this
they attempted to use that old standby - orthodox opinions
or agreement - to negate truth.

The goal of "sigificant scientific agreement" was to give
drug companies and those who work for the drug companies
the ability to win in court regardless of actual scientific
studies!! The opinions (i.e. "significant scientific agreement")
that come from the drug companies would be considered to be
superier to "evidence" of actual scientific studies in court.

The FDA made the "claims" or "opinions" of the drug companies
and orthodox medicine superior to the actual research of honest
medical researchers and the results of unbiased scientific
evidence!!

This concept was designed to negate all of the scientific studies
which proved God knew how to cure disease. Since the powers
that be are in bed with the pharmaceutical industry, by only
allowing their opinions in court (i.e. their "significant
scientific agreements" and not actual scientific studies)
the pesky people who can prove that God is smart could easily
be defeated in court.

In short, the goal of the FDA was to allow the heavily biased
opinions of people who are in bed with Big Pharma to take
precedence over the data of actual scientific studies!! Read
that again.

Hello folks. Does anybody out there know anything about ? I am no great pro but even I have picked up some pointers over the years.
Take lavender! I love lavender. Lavender is so easy to plant and look after, flourishes year after year, has a lovely, soothing scent, is known to induce relaxation, and keeps the moths away. I have a lavender plant on my kitchen window sill and sachets of lavender in my cupboards.
There are many methods to learn about herbal gardening. I personally have plenty of herbal gardening books on hand. You can exchange information with fellow gardeners or plant nursery salespersons too. And don't forget elderly people. They have a wealth of information about .
Just the other day I mentioned to an elderly friend that my hair has been losing its luster. no problem,?she said. Take one egg yolk, olive oil, juice of one lemon. Mix together in a bowl. Using your fingers or a basting brush, rub or brush the mixture thoroughly onto your scalp, around the hair roots, and onto the hair. Wrap a towel around your hair for two hours, then rinse in lukewarm water and shampoo as usual?
I followed her instructions. Sure enough, my hair has a renewed luster and more body than it has had in a long time.
You can learn about natural cures by improvising with things found at home. Did you ever feel like your face was an elastic mask? I did. I desperately needed something to soothe and moisturize my skin. Yogurt was the perfect solution. After rubbing some on my face and letting it soak in I felt and looked twenty years younger.
Natural cures are my idea of fun!

Using Nutrition to Prevent or Eliminate Illness

Most everyone knows that before drugs existed, most healing was done with herbs and misguided medical theories. Herbs and food were the medicine of past times. In a natural nutrition book, I recently read this quote, "If doctors don't learn nutrition, nutritionists will become doctors." This quote shows the importance of nutrition and the power it has to prevent or eliminate illness.
If you are sick or have certain body conditions that are creating pain, then you need to consider learning enough nutrition to help yourself eliminate that sickness or pain. For decades you have successfully ignored the Constitution and
human health (which supposedly you should to care about), but
new scientific discoveries are coming out, and are being used
in courts. Suddenly your facade of dignity is getting fairly
large cracks in it.

What are you going to do?

Before reading on, stop reading and ponder and think about
how you would overcome this new obstacle (hint: come up with
a really profound sounding slogan that has no meaning).

Well, what did you come up with?

The FDA came up with the slogan: "significant scientific
agreement. " The concept of "significant scientific agreement"
dates back to the Nutrition Labeling and Education Act of
1997 (NLEA), which was partly or completely written by the
FDA.

What in the world is "significant scientific agreement?"
The first time the FDA tried to use this new term in court,
the court wanted to know what it meant (actually, only the
appellate court wanted to know). The FDA had no answer
and lost the case at the appellate level.

Since that time the FDA has spent a lot of time and money
figuring out how to define the term "significant scientific
agreement" so that it could be used in court to crush
scientific evidence and crush freedom of speech.
